Installed Solar Power plant – A step towards Green Initiative

Ghanshyamdas Jalan College has installed 100kw TATA Power Plant with Solar PV, Mono -crystalline PERC Module of 540Wp (one of the best in the class), alongwith Hot Dip galvanised Structure. We will be generating around 400 units per day.

TATA Solar is one of the pioneering solar manufactures in the world from last 29 years , its also India’s largest integrated solar company that is driven by the singular vision – harness the power of sun to enable solar everywhere.

Solar panels will convert energy from the sun into electricity and the inverter will convert electricity produced by the solar panels from the direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) for use in our college.

This initiative aims to promote green energy and inspire young minds towards renewable energy solutions. 

Our Students emerged as ‘WINNERS’ in the ‘Rink Football’ an inter-collegiate competition organised by D.Y.Patil – a Deemed University under the banner “Kurukshetra”

Our students WON THE 1st RUNNER-UP in the “RINK FOOTBALL” in the Inter-collegiate Sports Competition organised by “Yuva Premier League – 2024”
