Unfair Means Committee

The committee is set up to inquire about the alleged unfair means and practices done by the students during any examinations (Internal/External/ Practical) by following the procedures and guidelines issued by University of Mumbai under Ordinance 5050.

Objectives:

To investigate the cases of students using unfair means during examinations.
Will recommend action(s) (if any) to the principal regarding any unfair cases.
To be honest and unbiased against any unfair means cases.
To maintain discipline while dealing with unfair means practices in the college.
To provide prior counseling to prevent malpractice during examination.
To counsel student(s) indulged in unfair means to avoid drastic steps being taken by them.

The committee ensures university guidelines implementation at the college and minimizes any kind of unfair practices following the policy of honesty and unbiased practices.
