Swotting becomes successful when a student joins hands with the leading employment firms. Our college’s placement cell helps and assists the desired students to develop and enhance their soft skills, I.T. skills and overall personality to get a suitable job after completion of their course.
The placement cell of our college assists in conducting the campus recruitment drive where many well-known employment firms and companies visit our college campus.
Ghanshyamdas Jalan College’s Placement Cell constantly works on the skill enhancement of the students and contact building with the firms.

Teacher’s Day Celebration
The IBS Business School visited the campus of G.D.Jalan College today and encouraged our students to take part in the “Teachers’ Day Best Message Contest”.
A large number of students showed enthusiasm to write the message with passion and involvement and finally the message of our students becomes our treasure.
On the 12th of April 2022, the Placement Cell of G.D.Jalan College, hosted a seminar in our Seminar Hall for our First Year students on the “Professional Courses to Pursue Along with Graduation”.
The students were oriented and given adequate information on the professional courses CA & CS by our guest speakers CA. Akash Pednekar and CA. Sakshi Khandelwal.
The students showed an encouraging response to the information shared with them by the guest speakers and actively participated in the Q&A session to clarify all the queries & doubts regarding the Professional Courses.

The resource person for the webinar was Dr. Navin Punjabi, Assistant Professor from H.R. College.
Dr. Navin Punjabi explained how Resume catches the attention of the recruiter at the time of Interview.
He showcased all the minute details of the resume in the form of a presentation to all the students. A very informative webinar ended with the queries asked by the students. The students of the final year keenly observed the minute details of the resume as they are on the verge of applying for a job.
