Orientation Programme
The Ghanshyamdas Jalan College of Science, Commerce and Arts, had organized an Orientation Programme for the First Year students of B.M.S, B.A.F, B.Sc (I.T), B.Com and B.Sc. on 28th July, 2022 in the college Auditorium.
Professor Wamakshi Verma started the session by introducing our Director, Dr. Rajeshwari Ravi, Principal Dr. Rajeshwary Govindappa and College PRO Ashish Rane.
Our Director, Dr. Rajeshwari Ravi encouraged the students to adopt a holistic approach towards learning for their overall development and asked them to join various skill building programs that are offered by our college and also to participate in the various extracurricular activities to gain confidence to improve their communication skills and also their interpersonal skills. She also highlighted our fantastic infrastructure and also about our Internships and Placements. Our Principal, Dr.Rajeshwary Govindappa advised the students to augment additional subject related knowledge from various other sources.
Professor Wamakshi Verma briefed the students by making a presentation on “Credit System of Examination & Evaluation” in detail for the current academic year. She also introduced and elaborated the various “Clubs & Committees” and requested all the students to join the various “Clubs & Committees” of our college to enhance their overall personality.
